,      I am István Simonics Managing Director and Owner of P & S Pipes Kft. Our company is mainly engaged in trade and real estate, for which we are looking for other wholesale suppliers, investors and partners who are interested in produce air conditioners. Our goal is to establish an air conditioner production plant to offer more competitive reseller prices and generate more new products for the market.

The number of our production-plants and storage warehouses are constantly increasing. These production-plants are cultivated and situated in cultured environment, providing parking and loading facilities.

We think it essential to satisfy the demand of the continuously growing market besides of the limited production capacity in Europe, and support it with an air conditioner production plan in Hungary, (County Zala) what we’d like to base on your technical and economical capacity.

Regarding the human resources for manufacturing we have an unlimited supply and compared to the European level, Hungary is in a favourable position for investors because of the low salary, what can help keeping production costs to a minimum level.

Covid-19 has also put maritime shipments and air supply at risk. The production capacity of the factories has decreased. Our company does its best to maintain European productivity and trade. In order to maintain our commercial position, we focus on selling locally created goods on the local market instead of importing the finished product.

In case if you provide the production line and the assembly parts, we’ll install it with optimal conditions regarding the size and the energy consumption of the production hall, therefore we are looking for a partner mainly to start a production activity and in the same time selling the manufactured products on the European market.

As I already mentioned, we are dealing with trade. Among others we sell air conditioners, air purifiers, dehumidifiers and we also take part in the installation. In the last years we have built a deep supply chain with the quailfied mechanics in Hungary.

Unfortunately, demand of the market far exceeds the available quantity! The import trading limits the number of purchases, but if the manufacturing process were solved locally, we would be able to meet market needs.

The law in EU and Hungary both regulates the air conditioner’s import quantity, while manufacturing is not subjected to this restriction.

Zala County is located in the heart of Europe, one of the best supported location in Hungary.

Thanks to the government supports, the infrastructure and the excellent situation , more and more investors are coming in our city.

There are several options for solving logistics tasks, transit routes both road and rail. There are also many international airports in our near and far distances like Sármellék 30 km, Zagreb 100 km and Budapest Airport 200 km away from here. The railway development program has rebuilt several kilometers of tracks, thus the Croatian (Gyékényes) and the Slovenian border (Rédics) are easily accessible.
Transport by ship can also be planned at favo urable costs. The port of Koper is 400 km away from here in Slovenia.

Croatian border crossing with the largest road freight traffic (Letenye) easily accessible on highway. The delivery of ordered products is faster than before on the M7 highway.

An important aspect is that Zala County has one of the most important customs service in the country, so that customs tasks can be solved locally , save time and money. The location and structure of Hungary ensures that all of Europe is supplied with manufactured goods.
